What is the response time for an attorney\u2019s request?<\/p>\n

Legislation clearly states that upon receiving an attorney\u2019s request, the deadline for providing the requested information and copies of documents is 5 days. However, if for objective reasons the response is delayed, this period may be extended by up to 20 days.
