    Among the possible grounds for canceling a residence permit are:<\/h2>\n

    • Actions of foreigners that pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
    • Actions that disrupt public order or pose a threat to the health of others;<\/li>\n
    • Conviction of a foreigner in Ukraine;<\/li>\n
    • Decision on forced return or deportation of a foreigner beyond the borders of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
    • Failure to pay taxes on income for 2 months or more;<\/li>\n
    • Receipt of information from law enforcement agencies about false information or document forgery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In all these cases, the decision to cancel the residence permit is made in accordance with the law and the protection of Ukraine’s national interests.<\/p>\n

      One of the possible grounds for canceling a residence permit is the termination of a work permit in Ukraine.
