Critical infrastructure includes facilities that are essential for the stable functioning of society and the country\u2019s economy. These include defense-related facilities as well as those that provide vital services and ensure connectivity.<\/p>\n
Among them are:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensuring the safety and uninterrupted operation of these facilities, both under normal conditions and during emergencies such as martial law, is one of the state\u2019s priority tasks.<\/p>\n Ukraine can fund the war only within the limits of its economy, which is why the ability of businesses to operate and pay taxes is just as important for victory as the state\u2019s ability to mobilize people into the army.<\/p>\n The reservation system is intended to maintain a balance between the army\u2019s need for personnel and the need to support economic activity. However, it does not always operate ideally and at times raises concerns in society, occasionally leading to scandals.<\/p>\n\n
In general, enterprises may be classified as critical infrastructure if they meet at least three of the following seven criteria:<\/h2>\n
