Only those legal entities that have received an official decision recognizing them as critically important for economic development and the vital support of citizens during a critical period are entitled to such privileges.<\/p>\n
This decision is made by central government authorities, state institutions, or administrative bodies whose jurisdiction extends throughout the entire territory of Ukraine. It must take into account the fields of management and sectors of the national economy and must be approved by regional state administrations, the Kyiv and Sevastopol city administrations, or military-civil administrations, if such exist.<\/p>\n
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, an enterprise must meet specific criteria to receive a positive decision.<\/p>\n
