The wide list of illnesses that serve as grounds for removal from military duty in peacetime is significantly reduced during martial law. Therefore, even if you have a mark stating that you are \u201cremoved from military registration,\u201d you may still be mobilized during martial law. However, this depends on the decision of the Military Medical Commission.<\/p>\n
In cases where a conscript disagrees with the conclusions of the doctors conducting the medical examination, disputes may arise regarding the objectivity of these conclusions. In such situations, the conscript may be referred for a control examination at a military medical facility, where additional tests and evaluations are carried out.<\/p>\n
If an early discharge from military service due to health reasons is denied, an official decision is issued specifying the reason for the denial. This decision may be appealed in an administrative manner by filing a claim with the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n
