When customs or other state authorities impose a fine, it does not automatically mean the fine is lawful or final. Many fines can be successfully appealed if you act correctly and have the necessary documents.<\/p>\n

The legal team at the Legal and Real Estate Association of Ukraine has prepared a detailed list of documents to help you protect your rights and cancel an unlawful fine.<\/p>\n

Basic Document Package for Appealing a Fine<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Copy of the Fine Decision<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This is the main document confirming that a fine has been imposed. It must include:<\/p>\n
