In Ukraine, CII activities are regulated by the Law \u201cOn Collective Investment Institutions\u201d and supervised by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7559\" data-end=\"7792\">Depending on the legal structure and operation conditions, investment funds can be open-ended, interval, or closed-end; corporate or mutual.
