Failure to address such matters may lead to serious legal consequences.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"6490\" data-end=\"6538\">Which Issues Are Mandatory for Consideration?<\/h2>\n<h2 data-start=\"6540\" data-end=\"6589\">1. Approval of the Annual Financial Statements<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6591\" data-end=\"6716\">According to the law, participants must annually review and approve the company\u2019s annual financial statements. This includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6718\" data-end=\"6797\">\n<li data-start=\"6718\" data-end=\"6738\">the balance sheet;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6739\" data-end=\"6768\">profit and loss statements;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6769\" data-end=\"6797\">other financial documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"6799\" data-end=\"6850\">2. Distribution of Profits or Coverage of Losses<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6852\" data-end=\"6919\">After approval of the financial statements, participants decide on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6921\" data-end=\"7015\">\n<li data-start=\"6921\" data-end=\"6944\">payment of dividends;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6945\" data-end=\"6971\">reinvestment of profits;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6972\" data-end=\"7015\">coverage of losses from previous periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"7017\" data-end=\"7060\">3. Election or Dismissal of the Director<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7062\" data-end=\"7195\">Appointment or dismissal of the director or members of the executive body may be carried out only by decision of the general meeting.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"7197\" data-end=\"7228\">4.
