PERMISSION FOR LABOR PROTECTION

Earthworks performed at a depth of more than 2 meters or in the area of underground utilities or underwater:

• a team of 3 people,
• foreman,
• person responsible for the work
• will the underwater work definitely be undertaken? Maybe you don’t need it.

Why not take item 15 from appendix 2 (Work in wells, pits, trenches, foundations, bunkers, chambers, collectors, confined spaces (tanks, boxes, furnaces, pipelines))?

High-altitude and climbing work performed at a height of 5 meters or more above the ground surface, from a floor or working platform, and work performed using lifting and suspended cradles:

• 3 climbers,
• 2-3 mountaineers,
• 2 operators of self-propelled cradles,
• harnessing system for climbers and mountaineers + its testing,
• person responsible for high-altitude work,
• 2 engineering and technical personnel (ITP) for high-altitude work.

Construction, installation and dismantling of buildings, structures, reinforcement of their emergency parts, electric heating of concrete, and electric thawing of soil:

• technological maps for dismantling and reinforcing buildings,
• 2 slingers,
• 3 electricians, or at least 1 with group 4,
• 1 crane ITP,
• 2 electrical safety ITPs with group 4,
• 4-5 workers with qualifications as concrete workers, masons, etc.,
• 2 concrete heating operators,
• 1 soil thawing operator,
• Equipment for heating concrete and thawing soil (own or rented),
• person responsible for the work.

Welding:

• certified welder (if RDE),

as well as 3 ITPs for labor protection.

If all this is difficult (regarding specialists and equipment), we can offer the following option:

• Work in trenches,
• Earthworks performed at a depth of more than 2 meters or in the area of underground utilities,
• High-altitude work performed at a height of 5 meters or more above the ground surface, from a floor or working platform, and work performed using lifting and suspended cradles,
• Construction and installation of buildings and structures,
• Welding (RDE).

For this:

• 3 ITPs for labor protection, 3 ITPs for electrical safety, 1 ITP for high-altitude work, 1 ITP for cranes,
• Workers: 3 climbers, 2 cradle operators, 2 slingers, 1 welder,
• Equipment: belts and their inspection.
