A commercial proposal for the reorganization of a private enterprise into a limited liability company

9. Obtaining a VAT or single tax payer registration certificate
10. Registration of the LLC with the Pension Fund and social insurance funds, obtaining notifications of registration as an insurance contributions payer
11. Preparation of documents for the re-registration of the bank account, including notarization of bank cards
12. Submission of documents for the re-registration of the bank account

7. Passports and identification numbers of participants, director, chief accountant, and members of the liquidation commission of the Private Enterprise (copies)

Terms of work complition:

70 days from the moment of providing the necessary documents and information (including 40 days required to meet creditors’ claims); the term may be extended in case of existing debts for taxes, insurance contributions, and reports to the tax authorities, Pension Fund, and social insurance funds.
