Commercial proposal with the withdrawal of a license for the right to wholesale trade

GENERAL LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LICENSING THE RIGHT TO WHOLESALE TRADE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

• An application in the prescribed form;
• A notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of the business entity;
• A notarized copy of the certificate of inclusion in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;
• A certificate from the state tax inspectorate confirming the registration of the legal entity as a taxpayer, or a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual as a business entity, stamped by the state tax inspectorate;
• Notarized copies of documents confirming ownership, lease, or other use of warehouse premises;
• A certificate from the state tax inspectorate regarding the registration of places for the storage of alcohol, wholesale batches of alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products;
• A certificate from the state tax inspectorate confirming the absence of arrears in mandatory payments to the budget by the business entity, in a form determined by the State Tax Administration.

A decision to issue or refuse to issue a license is made after verifying the authenticity of the submitted documents and the compliance of warehouse premises and the material and technical base with the requirements of item 8, but no later than 30 days from the date of registration of the application and all necessary documents.

A fee  for issuing a license is charged in the amount of 100 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens. The fee is charged annually and credited to the State Budget of Ukraine.
