Who is entitled to compensation?

• Lost profit — income that the person could have earned under normal circumstances, had their rights not been violated.

In addition to material damage, the injured party has the right to claim compensation for moral damage caused by the violation of their rights. Moral damage may include emotional suffering, loss of reputation, and other non-material losses.
