Amid war and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, volunteer organizations play a vital role in supporting the army, civilians, and critical infrastructure. More and more foreign citizens are arriving in Ukraine to participate in humanitarian missions, and to stay legally, they must obtain a temporary residence permit.
The process requires compliance with legal requirements, collecting documents, and dealing with the State Migration Service. The Legal and Real Estate Association of Ukraine offers full legal support to help volunteers and organizations obtain all necessary documentation quickly and efficiently.
Who Can Obtain a Temporary Residence Permit
Foreign citizens are eligible if they:
-
Officially work with a registered volunteer organization in Ukraine
-
