Amid war and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, volunteer organizations play a vital role in supporting the army, civilians, and critical infrastructure. More and more foreign citizens are arriving in Ukraine to participate in humanitarian missions, and to stay legally, they must obtain a temporary residence permit.
