Creating an investment fund is an effective way to manage capital, attract investors, and implement strategic financial projects. However, the registration process must comply with strict regulatory standards established by Ukrainian law, including the Law on Collective Investment Institutions and other regulations by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).
