3. Penalties for Violations Related to VAT Invoices

  • Late or incorrect registration of VAT invoices — a fine of UAH 1,020.
  • Understatement of tax credit or overstatement of tax liabilities — from 3% to 10% of the transaction amount.

4. Administrative and Criminal Liability

In cases of systematic or intentional violations, administrative fines or even criminal liability for tax evasion may apply.
