List of required documents and information

Option 1. The applicant is the manufacturer:

• Information about the manufacturing company (registration details, location, bank details, etc.) in any format
• VAT payer registration certificate (copy)
• Image of the product sample
• Technical specifications of the product

Option 2. The applicant is the distributor (seller) of the product:

• Information about the applicant company (registration details, location, bank details, etc.) in any format
• VAT payer registration certificate (copy)
• Image of the product sample
• Technical specifications of the product
• Information about the manufacturing company (registration details, location, bank details, etc.) in any format
• Sales contract for the certified product (copy)
• Invoice for the payment of the certified product (copy)

Certificate of Conformity processing time:

• Preparation and submission of documents – from 2 days from the moment of providing the necessary data from the client
• Product testing – 1-2 weeks
• Obtaining the Certificate of Conformity – from 1 day after the completion of product testing
