Commercial proposal for the withdrawal of licenses for the right to carry out activities related to centralized water supply and drainage

The term for obtaining the license is 1 month from the moment of completing the full document package.

The license for conducting activities in centralized water supply and sewerage is issued for a period of five years.

GENERAL LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LICENSING OF CENTRALIZED WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE ACTIVITIES:

• Notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of the business entity;

• Notarized copy of the certificate from the statistics department;

• Notarized copy of the statutory documents (statute specifying the activity – centralized water supply and sewerage);

• Notarized copy of the document confirming ownership or right to use water supply and sewerage facilities;

• Information on the availability of the necessary material and technical base for the respective economic activity;

• Information on compliance of the number of personnel and their qualification level with the regulatory requirements for conducting the respective economic activity;

• Technological regulations for operation of the water supply and sewerage system (original);

• Copy of accreditation certificate of the laboratory conducting production laboratory control (certified by the issuing authority), or contract for such work with accredited laboratories of other organizations, certified by this enterprise;

• Company balance sheet as of the last reporting date, certified by the enterprise.

The legal company handles the preparation of documents required for obtaining the license, and also guarantees obtaining the license.
