• Copy of the permanent (temporary) residence permit;
• Document confirming financial support for the person’s stay in the country;
• Document confirming the right to a residential premises intended for the non-resident;
• 4 photos of the foreigner (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm);
• Payment document confirming the state fee payment.

If the host party is a legal entity:

• Passport of the foreigner and copies of pages with personal data;
• Translation of the passport pages with personal data into Ukrainian;
• Passport of the host party’s head and copies of pages with personal data;
• Copy of the extract from the Unified State Register (USR);
• Copy of the order appointing the person responsible for the temporary registration of the foreigner;
• Document confirming financial support for the person’s stay in the country;
• Document confirming the right to a residential premises intended for the non-resident;
• 4 photos of the foreigner (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm);
• Payment document confirming the state fee payment.

How Long Does the Registration of a Foreigner in Ukraine Take?

We carry out the registration of a foreigner in Ukraine within a period of 5 days.

Additionally, documents confirming the need for the foreign citizen to remain in the country for an extended period must be submitted.
