In 2024, changes to Ukrainian legislation came into effect, requiring business entities licensed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) or the State Medicines and Drug Control Service (State Medicines Service) to ensure the accessibility of medical centers for people with reduced mobility.
This requirement is outlined in Clause 6, Part 13 of the Licensing Conditions for Medical Practice, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 285.
As a result, many medical service providers and pharmaceutical businesses have questions:

New Licensing Requirements and Their Application
The new requirements apply to all license holders, including municipal non-commercial enterprises, limited liability companies, and individual entrepreneurs.
