What is the response time for an attorney’s request?
Legislation clearly states that upon receiving an attorney’s request, the deadline for providing the requested information and copies of documents is 5 days. However, if for objective reasons the response is delayed, this period may be extended by up to 20 days. It is important to note that any such extension must be justified and communicated to the concerned parties.

- processing the status of a participant in hostilities;
- obtaining a certificate on the circumstances of injury or wound;
- regarding the reasons for the lack of referral for treatment;
