• For enterprises with fewer than 50 employees, establishing an OHS service is not mandatory. These duties can be handled by a highly qualified specialist or a safety engineer.
• According to Ukrainian legislation, enterprises with more than 50 employees are required to establish an OHS service that reports directly to the employer.
