In 2024, she obtained a Master’s degree from the National Academy of Internal Affairs. For two years, she worked as an assistant to an attorney at the Law Office of Dmytro Mamaiev, where she gained significant practical experience in litigation, client communication, drafting legal documents, and representing clients before government authorities.
She is a practicing lawyer whose specialization includes tax, civil, commercial, labor, and military law. She has experience participating in court proceedings, supporting enforcement actions, and representing the interests of clients in state authorities.
She has practical experience in debt recovery disputes, property division and inheritance matters, drafting contracts, claims, and legal applications, as well as in labor disputes (dismissal, reinstatement, compensation) and pension-related cases.
She pays particular attention to tax law, including drafting complaints against actions and decisions of controlling authorities, providing tax consulting, participating in disputes regarding tax assessments, analyzing tax audits, and protecting taxpayers’ rights.
In her professional work, she is also actively involved in military law, particularly in matters related to appealing decisions of the Military Medical Commission (MMC).
