Studied at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Institute of Prosecution and Criminal Justice, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in “Law”. Obtained a Master’s degree in “Law” at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Faculty of Advocacy.
Worked at the Economic Court of Chernihiv region (court session secretary, assigned the 9th (ninth) rank of civil servant). Also had experience working at the law firm “Marina Kaletnik”, in the position of assistant lawyer. Currently working at the “Ukrainian Association of Lawyers and Realtors”, in the position of assistant lawyer.

- drafting claims, appeals, and cassation complaints in commercial litigation;
- drafting lawyer’s inquiries to expedite the resolution of problematic issues at the enterprise;
- drafting pre-trial settlement claims for commercial disputes;
- termination of contracts, modification of terms, recognition of a contract or its part as invalid;
- debt collection under the contract;
- recognition of the decisions of general meetings as invalid;
- legal support of business activities;
- analysis and legal examination of the court’s decision on the case;
- providing legal consultations/explanations on issues related to business activities, as well as resolving issues that arise during the trial of commercial disputes.
