The basis for entering information into the Register is a notice from the sectoral authority regarding the inclusion of a critical infrastructure facility.
Information is entered into the Register by an authorized representative of the state body responsible for critical infrastructure protection in Ukraine, based on verification of the completeness of the information provided in the notice and the justified determination of the facility’s criticality category in accordance with the official Methodology. After this, the sectoral authority that submitted the notice is informed of the result.
