Consultation on updating data via Reserve +

Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 must remember that there are three ways to update their military service data:

  • visit the Territorial Recruitment Center,
  • contact the Administrative Services Center (CNAP),
  • or use the convenient “Reserve+” application.

This is a mandatory requirement. Failure to comply will result in being assigned the status of a draft evader and receiving substantial financial penalties. Do not delay — follow the law and update your data on time.

If you fail to update your data in time, you may be fined a significant amount — from 17,000 to 25,000 UAH. If you do not pay the fine, you will face further legal consequences.

If you want to walk the streets without stress and avoid issues at checkpoints, act within the law and contact our legal association for a consultation.

How to update your data via Reserve+?

If you dislike waiting in lines, use the “Reserve+” application. It allows any military-liable person to quickly update their information and gain access to the “Oberig” registry.

To register, simply log in using BankID. After that, you will need to confirm or update your data step by step. For example, your phone number: if it is current, you just confirm it; if not, you enter a new one. The same applies to email and residence address.

Information about you will be downloaded from the “Oberig” registry, and you will be able to see what the state knows about your military status. The “Reserve+” app will also display a QR code that allows authorities to quickly access information about your status as a military-liable individual, conscript, or reservist. This QR code becomes a digital equivalent of a military ID.

Using the “Reserve+” application is not mandatory, but a personal account will automatically be created for every military-liable person. Data can be updated both online and offline.

The “Reserve+” application works worldwide, so Ukrainian military-liable individuals living abroad can also update their information.

If you experience issues with the “Reserve+” application — for example, if your personal data appears incorrect — the Ministry of Defense recommends contacting the support service. You can also visit a TRC or a CNAP.

The “Reserve+” application cannot fully replace the functions of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC). It cannot be used to register for military service or receive reservation (deferral). Summonses to appear at the military office or for medical examinations will not be sent through the application.

We strongly recommend consulting a military lawyer to receive proper legal guidance and protect your rights — as it is not uncommon to encounter unlawful actions by military authorities.
